Tires
The most recent car I am looking at is equipped with OEM 17X7 5x114 +55 wheels with optional 215/45-17 Hankook RS3 tires measuring about 24.5" tall. Most popular size tires for this wheel size are closer to 25", and the few 40 series tires that are available measure closer to 24".

Bite Me
So after dealing with lazy salesmen and people who just generally suck, I am still shopping for an MX5. Not going to purchase unless I can physically see the car myself and verify the condition and/or unless the price is really smokin'.
Rumors again are swirling about bumping the MSR to B-stock. Hmmmm.

Sunlight Silver
I let a low mileage original True Red 2007 SV A/C delete slip through my hands, so I put in an offer on a base Sunlight Silver.
A pampered 38K mile car from Arizona, 5-speed, open diff, 16" wheels, A/C. I am not crazy about the window tint and the original owner installed a chrome gas cap door and ricer brake caliper covers, but those are easy fixes. Dashcover and seatcovers are cheezy but have helped kept the interior in mint condition. Hope to get the car home next week and start building for C-Stock / RTR.
